If you haven't read the synopsis of episode one first, then reading this is a total waste of your time.
The episode starts out where unruly boys demonstrate random actions to scare the girls. This happens until Misaki shows up and punishes those who are causing trouble. The boy who was locked inside of a closet was saved when Usui utterly pwned the door using his kick. After announcing a school festival, Misaki plainly denies all proposals from Class 2-2 about their special classroom events. Shifting scenes to afterschool, we as the watchers/readers see that it is Cat (Ears) Day! After serving Usui, she sees many people who become her fans.The scene changes again to show the next day when the students of Seika are preparing for the festival. After making class 2-3 run away for bugging Misaki and having guys cosplay as ghosts, the guys from Class 2-2 are planning something unapproved by Misaki to do as their class' event. The scene changes again to show that Misaki is having a messed-up conversation with her manager, but learns some information that would prove to be useful in the near future. She exits the store to dump the trash again and runs into Usui (whose actions will not be mentioned here). He also gives her some advice about treating others (especially the male students at school). The festival starts the next day and most students are handling the event responsibly. When she arrives at Class 2-2 to check on them, she is speechless and kicks everyone out of the room for terrible cosplaying and defeating the purpose of a school festival. After scolding them and recalling what Usui said, she pleads them to rejoin the class in an effort to raise the moral of people who were attending the event. Usui lends a hand to Misaki when she messes up, and soon enough, the rest of 2-2 joins them. In the evening, Misaki sits under a tree, staring at the flyers that she handed out earlier. Usui then appears out of nowhere and exchanges a few words with her, and then stating that she was his personal maid after all, which makes Misaki blush bright red. Enjoy watching :)!
